Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return

Exchanges
