Refund policy

General Overview 

By purchasing products from Tailyy  (“the Store”), the customer (“the Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the terms, conditions, stipulations, and clauses outlined in this Refund and Return Policy. This policy constitutes a binding legal agreement between the Customer and the Store, governing all transactions, including but not limited to purchases, returns, exchanges, and disputes arising from such transactions. The Customer further acknowledges that their use of the Store’s services implies a thorough understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Our 14-day return policy means that once your product has been updated, you have 14 days to request a return.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at helptailyy@gmail.com This is only allowed if the customer sends a detailed email to helptailyy@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. The email must include the customer's name, order number, date of purchase, reason for the return request and supporting documentation (such as photos, videos, receipts). Any request made after 14 days will be considered invalid and will not be processed. Incomplete or insufficiently detailed requests will not be accepted and the store reserves the right to reject such requests.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Products returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.


Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Some product types cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific product, please contact us.

Unfortunately, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after the return is accepted.


14-Day Cooling-off Period in the European Union

Despite the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without providing justification. As mentioned above, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, meaning it must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If your request is accepted, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
